Nebula suspends slim acrylic rods from a minimal metal canopy, each lit end to end by integrated LED. Configure it from a single pendant to sixty, in spiral, staggered, or linear formations, with cords adjustable from 1.5m to 4m — built for stairwells, double-height foyers, and living rooms where the drop is the design.

How many heads should I choose for my space? ＋
Match the head count to the drop, not just the room. For a standard 8–10ft ceiling over a dining table or bedside, 1 to 5 heads is right. A two-storey stairwell or foyer with a 15–20ft void suits 9 to 18 heads. For triple-height atriums and large commercial lobbies, 25 heads and above fills the volume properly. The dimensions table above lists the total drop for every configuration — check that figure against your ceiling height before ordering.
Is the hanging wire adjustable? ＋
Yes. Each pendant hangs on an adjustable wire up to 4 metres, so you can set the drop to suit your ceiling height or arrange the heads at staggered depths. If you need longer cords, we will extend them at no extra charge — mention it at checkout or contact us with your order number.
Which light mode should I choose? ＋
Warm White (3000K) gives a golden, relaxed light that suits living rooms, bedrooms, and dining areas. Cool White (6000K) is crisper and reads as more contemporary, working well in stairwells, entryways, and commercial spaces. Colour Adjustable adds a remote that lets you shift between 3000K and 6000K and dim the output, which is the most flexible option if the space is used differently through the day.
Is the lighting dimmable? ＋
Dimming is available on the Colour Adjustable option, controlled by the included remote. The fixed Warm White and Cool White versions are not dimmable. Select Colour Adjustable at checkout if you want dimming.
Can I arrange the heads in a specific formation? ＋
Yes. Because every cord is individually adjustable, the heads can be set in a spiral, staggered, or linear formation during installation. Spiral works well in round stairwells, staggered suits open double-height voids, and linear is best over a long table or counter. Rectangular canopies are available in 8 and 12 head configurations for linear runs.
Does it come with a canopy and installation hardware? ＋
Yes. Every Nebula includes a round or rectangular canopy depending on the configuration you select, along with a full installation kit and instructions. Larger configurations are substantial fixtures — we recommend installation by a qualified electrician, and for the highest head counts you should confirm your ceiling can carry the load.
Is it suitable for sloped or angled ceilings? ＋
Yes. The cord pendant design and flexible wire system make Nebula fully compatible with sloped and vaulted ceilings.
Can the LEDs be replaced? ＋
Nebula uses integrated LEDs rated for 50,000 hours — roughly 17 years at 8 hours a day. They are not user-replaceable in the way a standard bulb is, but any lighting defect within the 2-year warranty period is covered.
Is this fixture suitable for outdoor use? ＋
No. Nebula is designed for indoor use only — staircases, living rooms, foyers, and high-ceiling interiors. It is not rated for exterior or wet environments.
What does the warranty cover? ＋
Nebula carries a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, covering the LED units, canopy, and electrical components. Damage from improper installation is not covered. To make a claim, contact our support team with your order number and photographs.
