Warranty Policy

At Zenduce, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. All Zenduce products are covered by a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, effective from the date of delivery.

What Is Covered

This warranty covers defects  under normal use and installation, including:

• Failure of factory-installed LED components
• Defects in electrical wiring or connectors supplied with the product
• Finish defects (peeling, bubbling, or discoloration) not caused by external factors

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or modification of the product
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by use of incompatible bulbs, dimmers, or electrical supplies outside the product's specified voltage range
• Cosmetic damage caused by external factors such as water ingress, cleaning agents, or physical impact after delivery
• Products purchased as Open Box or marked as final sale
• Customized products (modifications to standard specifications), unless the defect is unrelated to the customization
• Consequential or incidental damages of any kind

Warranty Coverage Period

The warranty period is 2 years (24 months) from the date of delivery as confirmed by shipping records.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us at support@zenduce.com or via our Contact page.
2. Provide your order number and a description of the defect.
3. Include photos or video clearly showing the defect.
4. Our team will review your claim and respond within 2 business days.

If the claim is approved, Zenduce will arrange for a replacement part or full replacement unit to be shipped to you at no cost. We do not require you to return defective items in most cases.

Remedy

At Zenduce's sole discretion, the remedy for a valid warranty claim will be one of the following:

• Shipment of a replacement unit or replacement parts
• Store credit for the value of the defective product
• Partial or full refund where replacement is not feasible

Limitation of Liability

This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Zenduce. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zenduce disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Zenduce's liability under this warranty is limited to the purchase price of the defective product.
