This website is operated by Nimo LLC under the brand name Zenduce. Throughout the site, the terms “Zenduce,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Nimo LLC. Zenduce offers this website, including all information, tools, products, and services available through it, subject to your acceptance of these Terms of Service and all policies linked below.
By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the website.
1. Online store terms
You must be at least the age of majority in your state, province, or country of residence, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to use this site. You may not use our products or services for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose, violate applicable laws, transmit malicious code, or interfere with the security or operation of the site.

5. Products, customisation, returns, and shipping
Products are subject to availability and may have quantity limits. Returns, exchanges, cancellations, customised products, open-box products, damaged items, and refunds are governed by our Return Policy and Damages Policy. Processing, delivery estimates, duties, address accuracy, failed delivery, and refused-delivery terms are governed by our Shipping Policy. These policies form part of these Terms.
Customised products may differ slightly from digital previews, samples, or reference images because of material, finish, production, and screen variations. Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving the selected size, finish, colour temperature, hanging length, and other specifications before production where approval is requested.
6. Orders and account information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate order, billing, shipping, and contact information. We may limit, hold, verify, or cancel an order where necessary to address suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing or listing errors, inventory limitations, sanctions or legal restrictions, or other legitimate operational concerns. If we cancel or materially change an order, we will attempt to contact you using the information supplied with the order.
7. Payment
Payment is processed by third-party payment providers. Your use of a payment method may also be subject to the provider’s terms and privacy practices. You authorise us and our payment providers to charge the amount shown at checkout, including applicable taxes, duties, shipping charges, or other amounts disclosed before purchase.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you grant Zenduce a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, adapt, and display the submitted content for operating and promoting our business.

12. Errors and omissions
Occasionally, information on the site may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, specifications, pricing, promotions, shipping, transit times, or availability. We may correct errors and update information, and may cancel an affected order where permitted by law. If we cancel a paid order because of our error, we will issue the applicable refund.
