Yes — free insured shipping on every order. No hidden handling fees, no minimum order value, no shipping charges at checkout. Your order is fully insured in transit at no extra cost.

Most fixtures are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or DHL. If you have specific delivery requirements, contact our Customer Support team at support@zenduce.com before placing your order.

Where will my order ship from?

Zenduce is a U.S.-based company that sources lighting from trusted manufacturers in the United States, Europe, and Asia. Your order ships from whichever warehouse gets it to you fastest.

Are customs, duties, or taxes included?

USA, UK, Australia & Canada: fully inclusive pricing. Any applicable customs duties, tariffs, or taxes are already covered in your purchase price. You will not be asked to pay extra fees upon delivery.

For all other countries, customers are responsible for any taxes, duties, or tariffs applied by local customs. These charges are separate from shipping costs and determined by your local government — not Zenduce.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Use this to track your package through the carrier’s system, or enter your order number on our Track Your Order page.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. Carriers only accept damage claims within 7 days of delivery — prompt contact ensures we can file the claim and arrange a replacement or refund.  Email photos to support@zenduce.com before opening the packaging fully. Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?

Contact us at support@zenduce.com or via live chat as soon as possible. We can typically accommodate changes within 24 hours of placement. Once dispatched, we cannot modify the shipping address or cancel the order.

What happens if my package is returned or refused?

If a package is returned due to refusal of delivery or failure to coordinate with the courier, return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund. International return shipping can be significant — please confirm your delivery address is correct before ordering.

What if my order is delayed?

If your order has not arrived more than 10 days past the estimated delivery date, contact us at support@zenduce.com and we will review your order status immediately. We cannot guarantee delivery dates as we rely on third-party couriers.

⚠️ Important: Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for lost packages due to incomplete or incorrect addresses, or for delays caused by customs clearance.
