How will my order be shipped?
Most fixtures are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or DHL. If you have specific delivery requirements, please contact our Customer Support team at support@zenduce.com

Where will my order be shipped from?
We are a U.S.-based company that sources lighting from trusted vendors in the United States, Europe, and Asia. Depending on product availability, your order will ship either from our U.S. warehouse or directly from our international warehouses.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package through the carrier’s tracking system or by entering your order number [here].

How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Processing time: 2–5 business days for order verification, quality checks, and packaging.

  • Shipping time: Free Premium Shipping typically arrives within 6–12 business days. Estimated delivery dates are displayed above the “Add to Cart” button on each product page.

⚠️ Please ensure that your delivery address is entered correctly. We cannot be held responsible for lost packages due to incomplete or incorrect addresses, or for delays caused by customs clearance.

Important notes:

  • While we aim to deliver within the stated timeframe, we cannot guarantee delivery dates as we rely on third-party couriers. We are not liable for any costs incurred due to delays or failed deliveries.

  • If your order did not arrive more than 10 days past the estimated delivery date, contact us at support@zenduce.com to review your order status. Refunds, where applicable, will be handled via email.

  • If a package is returned due to refusal of delivery or failure to coordinate with the courier, return shipping fees (which can be significant) will be charged.

Are customs, duties, or taxes included in the price?
Yes. Unlike many online retailers, our prices are all-inclusive. This means that any applicable customs duties, tariffs, or taxes are already covered in your purchase price. You will not be asked to pay extra fees upon delivery.

What if my order arrives damaged?
If your product arrives with shipping damage, please notify us within 48 hours. Carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL only accept damage claims within 7 days of delivery. Failure to contact us within this timeframe will make you responsible for costs related to the damage.
