Description

Cindra cascades slim acrylic rods from a single gold ceiling base, each lit end to end and hung at its own length to form a spiral that follows the line of a staircase. Available from 9 to 68 lights and dropping as far as 208 inches, it is built for the vertical spaces most fixtures cannot reach — open stairwells, double-height entryways, and atriums where the void itself is the feature.

  • Warm brushed gold finish across the ceiling base, rod caps, and suspension wires
  • Individually adjustable wire on every pendant for spiral, staggered, or linear arrangement
  • Five configurations from 9 to 68 lights, dropping up to 208.7" / 530cm
  • Choice of fixed Warm White (3000K) or Remote Dimmable

Frequently Asked Questions

Which configuration should I choose for my stairwell?

Match the hanging length to your void, not the room's floor area. 9 Lights drops 88.6" and suits a single-storey stairwell or a standard high-ceilinged room. 16 Lights at 98.4" and 25 Lights at 137.8" work well for two-storey entryways. 48 Lights drops 196.9" and 68 Lights reaches 208.7", both intended for triple-height atriums and large commercial voids. Measure from the ceiling to where you want the lowest rod to sit, and keep at least 7ft of clearance above any floor people walk under.

Can I arrange the pendants myself?

Yes. Every wire is individually adjustable, so the rods can be set in a spiral, a staggered cluster, or a straight vertical line at installation. A spiral suits a curved staircase, a staggered arrangement fills an open square void, and a tighter linear grouping works in a narrower stairwell.

What is the difference between Warm White and Remote Dimmable?

Warm White is fixed at 3000K — a golden, relaxed light that suits homes and pairs naturally with the gold finish. Remote Dimmable adds a handset that lets you adjust brightness and shift the colour temperature, which is the more flexible option if the space is used differently through the day or if the fixture hangs somewhere a wall switch is awkward to reach.

Is Cindra suitable for sloped or slanted ceilings?

Yes. The cord suspension system makes Cindra fully compatible with sloped and slanted ceilings, which is often the case in stairwell installations.

How is Cindra installed?

Cindra is hardwired to the ceiling using the included base, and all mounting hardware is supplied. Installation by a qualified electrician is strongly recommended, particularly for the 48 and 68 light configurations, which require working at height in an open void and reinforced ceiling support.

Are bulbs included?

Yes. Cindra ships with all LED bulbs included, rated at 3W per head. They are replaceable, so you are not locked into a single light quality for the life of the fixture.

Can Cindra be customised?

Yes. Wire lengths, rod count, and arrangement can be customised for specific voids, which is often relevant for hospitality and commercial projects. Contact us before ordering with your ceiling height and void dimensions and we will quote against your specification.

Is Cindra suitable for outdoor use?

No. Cindra is designed for indoor use only and is not rated for moisture or outdoor weather exposure.

What does the warranty cover?

Cindra carries a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, covering the base, wiring, and LED components. Damage from improper installation is not covered. To make a claim, contact our support team with your order number and photographs.
