A reliable starting point: add your room's length and width in feet, and that number in inches is roughly your ideal diameter. A 12ft × 14ft room suits a 26" fixture. Over a dining table, choose a diameter between half and two-thirds of the table width — a 71" table pairs well with a 39.4" Arctic. For double-height stairwells and entryways, the 59" and 78.7" sizes carry the volume properly; anything smaller tends to look lost.

Above a dining table, hang the fixture 30–36" (75–90cm) from the tabletop. In open walking areas, keep the lowest point at least 7ft (2.1m) from the floor. In a stairwell, a drop of roughly half to two-thirds of the total ceiling height reads best. Suspension length is adjustable on every size.

Yes. Arctic ships with all LED bulbs included, in the colour temperature you select at checkout. The bulbs are fully replaceable, so you are never locked into a single light quality for the life of the fixture.

Yes. Arctic works with a standard wall dimmer switch, so you can take it from full brightness for entertaining down to a low ambient glow. A remote control option is available on request — contact us before ordering if you would like this fitted.

Warm White gives a golden, candlelit quality that suits dining rooms, bedrooms, and living spaces, and flatters warm materials like oak and brass. Cool White is crisper and brings out more sparkle and contrast in the crystal, which works well in entryways, stairwells, and rooms with cooler palettes such as marble or grey stone.

Clear is the most versatile and gives the brightest refraction. Amber casts a warmer, softer light and pairs naturally with wood and brass. Blue and Green add a distinct tint that reads as a colour statement rather than a neutral. Black is the most dramatic, absorbing more light and reading as a sculptural silhouette. All five share the same frame, construction, and light output.

Arctic is a hardwired ceiling fixture and should be installed by a qualified electrician. All mounting hardware is included. Note that the larger sizes are substantial — the 59" weighs 52kg and the 78.7" weighs 69kg — so reinforced ceiling support is required for these. Please confirm your ceiling can carry the load before ordering a large size.

Arctic carries a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, covering the frame, electrical components, and crystal fittings. Minor variation in the cut and tone of individual hand-cut crystal stones is characteristic of the material and is not a defect. Damage from improper installation is not covered.
