Limited Warranty - Terms & Conditions

  • Zenduce's Limited Warranty provides coverage for defects in materials and workmanship for a duration of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty specifically applies to Zenduce products that have been directly purchased from the official Zenduce website.
  • It is important to note that the warranty does not extend to damages or malfunctions caused by misuse, mishandling, abuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, or any other conditions that are not a result of defects in materials or workmanship.
  • While product registration is not mandatory for warranty coverage on products purchased from the official Zenduce website, we highly recommend keeping your proof of purchase, such as a receipt or invoice, as it will be required for any warranty claims.
  • To initiate a warranty claim, please reach out to Zenduce's Customer Service at support@zenduce.com. Kindly provide your proof of purchase, a detailed description of the issue, and any relevant photographs or videos. Our dedicated customer service team will assist you throughout the entire process. Zenduce reserves the right to either repair the product by issuing replacement parts or replace the defective product entirely, at our discretion.
  • Please note that any costs associated with replacing or repairing the product will not be covered by Zenduce, if applicable. In the event that the product is no longer available, we retain the right to replace it with a similar product of equal or greater value.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping the products to Zenduce for warranty service. However, if applicable, Zenduce will cover the cost of returning the repaired or replaced product to the customer.
  • The timeline for the warranty process may vary depending on the nature of the issue and the availability of replacement parts. Our aim is to address warranty claims promptly, and our Customer Service team will keep you updated throughout the entire process.
  • Please note that the warranty is non-transferable and only applicable to the original purchaser of the product
